Everything to do with the card on file, the renewal cadence, and the subscription state. Self-serve.
Change payment method
From app.caddi.build/billing open the Stripe customer portal. Update the card, address, or invoice email there. Stripe is the source of truth for billing — Caddi mirrors the state.

Cancel
We do not pro-rate cancellations. The period you’ve already paid for stays active. You can resume any time before period end and you’ll keep the same renewal date.

After cancellation: what happens to projects past 3?
- Projects are not deleted. The repo, Vercel project, and DNS records stay yours.
- Caddi marks projects 4+ as
read-only— you can view, export, and re-activate one at a time. - Pinpoints widgets stop firing on read-only projects.
- The client portal disables magic-link login until you upgrade again.
Invoices and receipts
Stripe emails an invoice for every charge. The full history is at app.caddi.build/billing/history and via the Stripe customer portal.
