Terms of Service
Last updated April 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of Caddi (“the Service”), operated by Ethan Rogers (“we,” “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use the Service.
The service
Caddi is a hosted dashboard for agencies that run custom-built websites — managing site projects, environments, form submissions, and a customer portal for end clients. We may add or change features over time; we’ll tell agency owners about material changes.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for what happens under your account — keep your password and 2FA codes safe, and don’t share credentials. You can invite teammates and grant them roles; you’re responsible for what they do under your agency.
Subscription and billing
Caddi has a free tier (up to 3 projects, 1 user) and a Pro tier ($99/mo for unlimited projects, team, clients + customer portal, white-label, branded preview URLs, audit log, priority support). Pro is billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion — for genuine service issues we’ll always make it right.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Caddi to host content or send communications that are illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or that violate someone else’s rights. Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or try to break the Service. Don’t use Caddi form endpoints to send spam. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform; we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it when we can.
Fair use
“Unlimited” pricing means we don’t cap sites, clients, or form submissions during normal usage. We do apply fair-use thresholds on storage (form attachments and brand assets) and on form-endpoint request volume — when an account is using the platform in a way that materially harms our ability to serve other customers, we’ll reach out before taking action.
Your data
You own your agency’s data and your end clients’ data. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days.
Provider tokens
When you connect GitHub, Vercel, or Cloudflare, Caddi acts on your behalf using the tokens you provide. We encrypt those tokens at rest and use them only to perform actions you trigger in the Caddi UI. You can disconnect a provider at any time.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts for serious breaches of these terms (illegal use, abuse, repeated payment failure after dunning); we’ll tell you the reason.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond what’s required by law. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll email agency owners about material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
