Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Caddi (“the Service”), operated by Ethan Rogers (“we,” “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use the Service.

The service

Caddi connects the services you use (GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend, and more over time) to your coding agents through one MCP gateway, with your keys end-to-end encrypted so even we can’t read them. Caddi is free to use. We may add or change features over time; we’ll tell you about material changes.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and the devices you approve. Keep your login and recovery code safe, and don’t share them.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Caddi to host content or send communications that are illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or that violate someone else’s rights. Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or try to break the Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform; we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it when we can.

Your data

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Email [email protected] and we’ll send you an export at any time. If you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days.

Provider tokens

When you connect GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, or Resend, Caddi acts on your behalf using the tokens you provide. Those tokens are end-to-end encrypted to your account’s vault and used only to perform actions you or your agents trigger, as described in our security model. You can disconnect a provider at any time.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts for serious breaches of these terms (illegal use, abuse); we’ll tell you the reason.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond what’s required by law. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll email you about material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
